This is the end of tenancy cleaning checklist we work through on every visit. We bring the products and equipment and clean the empty property room by room, to the standard an inventory clerk compares against the check-in report.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning, mattresses, windows, blinds, balconies, external areas, rubbish removal, washing-up and laundry. Most of these can be added when you book.
Starting prices by property size. All prices exclude VAT at 20%.

From £199 + VAT for a studio flat up to £549 + VAT for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property. One standard oven is included free. Properties with five or more bedrooms are priced on quotation.
Yes. One standard single oven is cleaned free with every end of tenancy clean. Each additional oven is £50 + VAT. Range cookers, specialist ovens and heavily soiled ovens may need an individual quote.
No. You can add carpet cleaning when you book, with a minimum charge of £98 + VAT. Upholstery and mattress cleaning are priced on quotation.

No. Access can be arranged in advance, for example through keys, a building reception or your letting agent.
Your card details are taken when you book, but you are only charged once we confirm the booking.
